Charges are for the cost to provide IBM iSeries Servers for the Lawson Software systems. You are billed based on computer seconds used for processing jobs and disk space used. Costs cover all computer systems, disk drives, tape drives, network connections and related equipment.

eSIS Computer Usage

Charges are for the costs to provide wide area network access through ClackNet. You are billed on ADM, as of June of the previous year, for each school connected to the network. The cost covers hardware for computer systems, disk drives, network connections and related equipment.

Network Access

Charges are for the cost to provide wide area network access through ClackNet. You are billed on ADM, as of June of the previous fiscal year, for each school connected to the network. The cost covers hardware for ClackNet central router, Switched backbone, domain name servers, various servers (network monitor), traffic shaping and filtering, network trouble shooting equipment, network switches and other equipment to access the internet.
