Welcome to the Special Education Services department. Our services include:Child Evaluation & Service Center which evaluates school-age students with suspected disabilities. Christie Education Program which provides instruction for students with emotional and behavioral needs, ages 7-17, who are residents of the Christie residential facility. Life Enrichment Education Program (LEEP) which provides instruction for eligible Clackamas County students in self-contained classrooms located as close to the students' homes as possible. Medicaid Billing Consortium which gives participating districts training and technical assistance to receive Medicaid reimbursement for school based health services. Therapeutic Schools are classrooms located outside the public schools which are designed to assist students and their families in developing behavioral and academic skills.
