Welcome to the Clackamas Education Service District (CESD). CESD is among twenty regional education agencies established by the state legislature to provide services to school districts and to promote equal educational opportunity throughout the state. Oregon ESDs provide services that are best managed on a regional basis, those required by state statute, those approved by local school district Board resolution, those provided by contract, and those provided through state and federal grants. The Clackamas Education Service District Board members and our ESD staff are committed to service to each of our ten component districts. Our present and future partnerships allow us to work cooperatively to assure that all students in Clackamas County receive quality educational programs.
